| A large, dull-coloured roller. The white eyebrow, rounded tail and the white streaks on the purple underparts are diagnostic. The immature roller is even duller. This is the only roller to be seen in demi-desert regions, but it usually prefers savanna. Although it is less active, the behavious is much the same as that of the other rollers. |
